What Acer Warranty Covers

Acer's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It excludes accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorized repairs. Acer Care Plus adds accidental damage protection for eligible product lines.

How to Find Your Acer Serial Number

The serial number appears on a sticker on the bottom of the device. Acer also uses a SNID (Serial Number ID) which can be retrieved in Windows via Settings > System > About, or by running wmic bios get serialnumber in Command Prompt.
