About Google Pixel Warranty

Google Pixel phones and tablets include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in hardware and materials. Google One subscribers with eligible plans may receive additional hardware benefits including repair credits.

What Google Warranty Covers

The standard Pixel warranty covers hardware defects and manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, cracked screens from drops, water damage beyond rated resistance, or unauthorized repairs. Google One Premium plans can add accidental damage coverage.

How to Find Your Pixel Serial Number

On a Pixel phone: go to Settings > About phone > Device identifiers. The serial number and IMEI are listed there. It is also printed on the original product box. For Pixel tablets, find it in Settings > About tablet.

When Your Pixel Warranty Expires

After expiry, Google offers out-of-warranty repair through the Google Store and authorized repair partners. Google also offers trade-in programs where expired-warranty devices still have trade-in value. Third-party screen repair is widely available for Pixel devices.
