The serial number is on a sticker on the bottom of your Razer Blade laptop. For peripherals, check the underside or original box. Razer Synapse also displays device serial information for registered hardware.
How long is the Razer warranty?
Razer products come with a 1-year limited warranty. RazerCare Essential and RazerCare Elite extend coverage to 2 and 3 years respectively. RazerCare must typically be purchased within 30 days of the original product purchase.
What does RazerCare add?
RazerCare Essential adds accidental damage protection (1 incident per year with a service fee) on top of the standard hardware coverage. RazerCare Elite adds unlimited accidental damage incidents. Both extend the warranty duration beyond the standard 1 year.
Is Razer warranty international?
Razer's warranty is honored globally through Razer's international service network. Products must have been purchased from an authorized Razer retailer. Regional variations in service availability may apply — check Razer's support site for your country.
Does Razer warranty cover gaming keyboards and mice?
Yes. Razer peripherals including keyboards, mice, headsets, and controllers carry the standard 1-year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not physical damage from drops, spills, or normal wear on switches and cables.
